Keep your card working properly—how you can help

  • Notify Us of Travel Plans: Let us know if you will be traveling and plan to use your debit card.
  • Update Your Contact Information: Ensure we have your current phone number on file so we can reach you if any suspicious activity is detected.
  • Monitor Your Transactions: Regularly check your account for any unauthorized transactions.
  • Respond to Fraud Alerts: If a fraud specialist contacts you, please return the call, or reply to the text message or email as soon as possible.
    • Important: Fraud specialists will never ask for personal information during these calls or via text message or email.

    • If you call the fraud center back, you will be asked to verify your identity.
