How It Works
- For a $40 processing fee per request, you can skip your January 2026 payment.
- Pay the fee by check, debit card, or authorize us to debit your Corazo savings or checking account.
- Interest will continue to accrue during the skipped month, which may increase your total finance charge.
Which Loans Qualify?
Eligible loans include:
- New & Used Auto Loans
- Signature Loans
- Recreational Vehicles
- Credit Cards
Requirements:
- Loan opened before March 1, 2025
- No late payments in the past 6 months
- Loan and account must be current and in good standing
- Not a workout loan or currently under deferment
How to Request Skip-A-Pay
If you are enrolled to eStatements, your Skip-A-Pay form is available in the eStatement portal via online banking or the mobile app.
Simply:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on eStatements.
- Find your notice under My Docs > Notices.
If you receive paper statements and notice, your Skip-A-Pay form was mailed to you in late December.
To submit your form:
- Complete the form and mail to: Corazo Credit Union, Attn: Lending P.O. Box 3247, El Centro, CA 92244 or email to: memberservice@corazocu.com with Subject as Skip-A-Pay
- You may also visit any branch to turn in the form.
Note: Your December payment must be paid before requesting Skip-A-Pay.
