(El Centro, CA) – First Imperial Credit Union is proud to announce the recent promotions of Lupita Agbalog and Ashley Lara to Branch Manager positions at the El Centro and Calexico branches, respectively. These promotions highlight our commitment to recognizing and developing talent from within our credit union.

Lupita Agbalog has been with FICU for more than four years and has nearly two decades of banking experience. She served as the Imperial and Calexico Branch Manager before becoming the Branch Manager for our El Centro branch headquarters earlier this month. Throughout her tenure, Lupita has consistently led her teams to exceed performance branch goals and drive significant growth at the Calexico branch. In her new role at the headquarter branch, Lupita will bring her extensive experience and innovative approach to further enhance our operations and support for our strategic objectives.

Ashley Lara joined the credit union 10 years ago as a member service representative. Driven by a strong commitment to self-development and exceptional loan production performance, she consistently demonstrated her passion to serve members. This positive attitude and persistent motivation have now allowed her to step into a management role.
